I wish I had the name of the young lady at the front desk that was there to help us during our stay Oct. 3 & 4. She was amazing and went beyond the call of her duties in my opinion. We were there as participants in the Portland Marathon. She helped with all our questions and when we discovered the mini fridge in our room didn't work, she recruited the help of another young lady to help change it out. I could not have asked for better service! All hotels need staff as amazing as she is!

Staff were really friendly, place was really clean. It was in an area that felt very safe, too. Overall, it was quite a comfortable place to stay.

Consider using the shuttle service for early flights. They ensure timely departures even in busy periods.

We had the King room with spa tub. It was great. WE loved it. My hubby and I have a 9 month old and we needed a night away, Found this great deal on Booked.net but was a bit nervous about the hotel. But it was wonderful, staff was nice room was clean spa tub great. We really enjoyed ourselves and we became a member with our email which then allowed us to get a 2pm check out. That was the icing on cake. :) Wonderful quick getaway and we will certainly return!!!

Love the jacuzzi tub once it was clean.

The jacuzzi tub hadn't been used for a while and when we started it up it blew out gunk. So we had to let it drain and rinse it out and redo it. They need to do that before guest arrive.

The breakfast had a lot of choices, all good.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, leading to a muggy atmosphere.

Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful on our stay. It was worth the money to stay there! We come every year.

Pillows were too soft, if you like firm pillows bring your own.

Our room was near the front desk, noisy. We heard all sorts of thumping, banging, and other disturbances throughout the night. To top it off, cigarette smoke was seeping in through the bathroom vent, ruining our stay.

It was in a marvellous location in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant.

The bed was comfortable

Lack of service from the night crew. Wasn't told the wifi password, nor the time breakfast finished so we missed it. Water in shower not very warm. Very disappointing as a IGH priority rewards member

The hotel was nothing to write home about. I was expecting some sort of upgrade or at least a sincere apology, but I guess that's too much to ask. Just couldn't give a good review.

We booked a double room for 1 night and had an outstanding stay. It had a comfortable bed and included a fairly clean bathroom hairdryers, shower caps and bath sheets...

I will come back many times value location real quiet
